Trouble with Bet 365

I don't know if there is anyone out there who can help me, but......
I know that in some former life, in the far distant past, I joined bet365 and a couple of other prima sites. Never really played them much, and of course now, I have no idea of my screen name, password or acct #.

Also, never having had a Netteller, or any other type of account, I dont have any of that information that they are looking for.

So my question is.......any Ideas as to how I go about either getting this info, or rejoining under new names? I have tried to contact customer support with absolutely no luck.
